So check out this article. It talks about eating for your blood type. Apparently, Type O blood types tend to be sensitive to Gluten. Web Article FYI, I should find out about my blood work next week Wednesday.

  1. There is also a lot of criticism for the Blood Type Diet. Had a really good critical review of it, but I lost it. :/ While I don't believe it's correct, I do find it very interesting that my dad is Type O and seems to have many suspicious symptoms of gluten sensitivity or potentially celiacs (ie. age on-set of allergies to dairy and coffee).

Ironically, I'm losing significant weight when I'm eating more closely to a Type O diet, rather than all the years that I was vegetarian and following the Type A diet pretty close, unintentionally. I'm blood type A.

  2. Insteresting Read but I couldn't find any supporting back up. I can see where avoiding gluten might help. But the good stuff that is suggested is on my do not have list. :( Keep me posted.
